Customer Survey: Aramark Uniform Services

BACKGROUND: Projects like this one came through often as one-off requests for the development of a piece with a certain goal in mind. This customer survey piece is pretty straightforward other than the unique design which lends itself to being opened which is critical to any piece of marketing communication—especially one that is mailed such as this particular one.

PROJECT ASSIGNMENT: Develop a customer survey combining a simple brochure and an enclosed survey form to be mailed to Aramark Uniform Service customers to gauge overall customer satisfaction of their field reps servicing the account.
